This Detox Kriya is designed to energize and cleanse all 7 chakras, combining deep stretching, breathwork, core activation, and meditation.
It gradually awakens the body, strengthens the core, and brings mental clarity and energetic alignment.
🔹 Step 1: Stretching of the Arms (Warming Up)
- Lie down comfortably in Savasana (relaxed position on your back).
- Inhale through the nose and stretch the arms overhead, reaching far back.
- Exhale through the mouth and move the arms forward toward the pelvis.
- Make fists with your hands during the movement.
- Repeat this movement for 7 rounds — 28 breaths total.
Focus on elongating the spine and feeling energy move from root to crown.
🔹 Step 2: Knee to Chest (Energizing the Core)
- Stay lying in Savasana.
- Inhale through the nose, stretching the arms overhead as in Step 1.
- Exhale through the mouth, moving the arms forward while bringing the knees toward the chest.
- Keep the shoulders grounded on the mat — do not lift them.
- Repeat for 7 rounds — 21 breaths total.
This motion activates the abdominal area, solar plexus, and heart centers.
🔹 Step 3: Rise into Naukasana (Boat Pose Activation)
- From lying position, inhale and stretch arms overhead.
- Exhale into Naukasana (Boat Pose), lifting arms, head, shoulders, and legs off the ground.
- Retain the breath while holding the pose for 15 seconds.
- Repeat 11 times.
Final Round in Naukasana:
- Stay in Naukasana.
- Perform 21 rounds of Kapalbhati breathing (forceful exhalations through the nose while pumping the abdomen).
- Repeat Kapalbhati 3 times while maintaining the pose.
This step strongly activates Manipura (solar plexus), strengthens core energy, and detoxifies the system.
🔹 Step 4: Meditation (Centering and Expanding)
- Sit in a comfortable meditative posture.
- Place your hands in Dhyan Mudra (palms facing upward, right hand resting over left, thumbs lightly touching).
- Focus at the third eye center (Ajna Chakra).
- Mentally repeat the mantra:
"Om Kriya Baba Namaha" - Continue the mantra meditation for 10 minutes.
This helps align the upper chakras — throat, third eye, and crown — with clarity and devotion.
🔹 Step 5: Savasana (Final Relaxation)
- Lie down once again in Savasana.
- Allow your body to completely relax and absorb the effects of the kriya.
- Remain here for 5–10 minutes without any effort.
Feel yourself resting in pure awareness, cleansed and energized from root to crown.
